The time has come!
Build SMART is pleased to invite you to our ‘House Raising’ in north Lawrence. The concrete for our affordable high-performance prototype was poured over the weekend, so we are standing up the walls next Tuesday, May 6th, and you are cordially invited!
Attached is the brochure for the prototype, we call it The Wiley. It is a 3BR, 2BA home with an attached one-car garage. It will be Zero Net Energy Ready, and use a high-performance HVAC system delivering superior thermal comfort, indoor air quality, and healthy home.
We will have remarks, refreshments, and answer questions at 10 AM. Feel free to show up at the site any time after 8:30 AM, and stay as long as you like. Please let us know if you plan to stop by so we can arrange parking in the neighborhood. The address is 516 Lake Street, Lawrence, KS.
