It is a 3BR\, 2BA home with an attached one-car garage. It will be Zero Net Energy Ready\, and use a high-performance HVAC system delivering superior thermal comfort\, indoor air quality\, and healthy home.\n\n We will have remarks\, refreshments\, and answer questions at 10 AM. Feel free to show up at the site any time after 8:30 AM\, and stay as long as you like. Please let us know if you plan to stop by so we can arrange parking in the neighborhood.
