Government & Community Affairs Luncheon - April 2026
The Chamber hosts Government & Community Affairs Luncheons the second Wednesday of each month open to any Chamber member and features speakers on a variety of topics, ranging from voting and elections to affordable housing and economic development. This month attendees will hear a report regarding World Cup 2026. Ribbon Cutting: Euphemystic Ventures
Join The Chamber for a ribbon cutting to celebrate Chamber Member, Euphemystic Ventures! The ribbon cutting will be held outside (weather permitting) with optional small group tours to view Euphemystic Ventures space and data center. Ribbon cutting will be held at 8:20am. The event and open house will run 7:30am to 9:30am. Enjoy food trucks, DCCCA resources fair, and tours!

Lawrence Hosts Business Readiness Forum for 2026 World Cup! Business owners, community leaders, and entrepreneurs are invited to join a powerful one-day event designed to prepare local businesses for the opportunities surrounding the 2026 World Cup. Hosted by Kira Chereé Cobb of the Actuate Consulting Team in collaboration with The Chamber, Lawrence, this regional forum will be held Monday, April 13, 2026 from 8AM to 12PM at The Jayhawk Welcome Center in Lawrence, KS This event is free to attend but space is limited. This highly anticipated gathering will feature experts, city officials, and resource providers from across the region, offering actionable insights and guidance for leveraging one of the largest international sporting events ever hosted in the United States.
