E-State Management, LLC is seeking a professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Leasing Associate to join our growing team in Lawrence, Kansas.
This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys working with people, has strong organizational skills, and is interested in building a long-term career in property management and real estate.
As a Leasing Associate, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and will play a key role in creating a positive leasing experience while helping our communities maintain high occupancy levels.
Responsibilities
- Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, text, and online lead sources
- Conduct apartment tours and assist prospective residents through the leasing process
- Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate guest card records
- Process rental applications and collect required documentation
- Coordinate move-ins and assist with resident onboarding
- Maintain resident and prospect files
- Assist with lease renewals and resident retention efforts
- Perform property inspections and report any concerns
- Support marketing efforts, social media, and community outreach
- Work closely with management, maintenance staff, and residents to provide exceptional customer service
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn property management software
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous leasing, sales, customer service, or property management experience preferred but not required
