THE ART OF LEADERSHIP: LEADING THE WAY TO A MORE EFFECTIVE WORKPLACE
Workshop One:
Maximize Efficiency and Minimize Problems in Work Teams
Sandra Brown, MSCSW, The Employer's Resource
Why do teams get stuck and how do we help them to move forward? Often, simply elevating self-awareness, and awareness of other team members, can help to open lines of communication, increase understanding of working style differences, and minimize conflicts.
This program will take HR professionals through a process that can be used with their teams to help elevate such awareness within their own organizations.
Learning Objectives:
Leaders will identify their own approach to: Communication; Decision-Making; Organizing Work
Leaders will identify strategies for flexing their own style to maximize effectiveness in: Communication; Conflict Resolution; Leadership
