Ribbon Cutting: Wingstop

Please join us for a ribbon cutting Friday, April 1, at 11:30 a.m. as we welcome Wingstop, located at 2233 Louisiana Street, Ste. G, to the Lawrence community!

Owned and operated by former KU Men's basketball standout, Keith Langford, and wife, Brittany, the store is a new concept to Lawrence, but exists in 39 states and seven countries worldwide.

A new Wingstop has landed in Lawrence. The award-winning wing concept with more than 800 locations across 39 states and 7 countries recently opened at 2233 Louisiana St., operated under the ownership of Keith and Brittany Langford.

This will be their first Wingstop as well as the first location in Lawrence. Keith Langford has strong ties to Lawrence and the state of Kansas, having competed on two Final Four basketball teams for the University of Kansas. 
 
“I am very excited about this new business venture and the fact that we’re opening this Wingstop right here in Lawrence,” commented Langford. “I really love this community and am honored that I am able to open the first Wingstop here and serve the community.”
