Please join us for a ribbon cutting, Tuesday, May 5, at 4:30 p.m., at the Chamber offices, to celebrate the new business and Chamber membership of Whole Life Nursing.
Whole Life Nursing is a consultancy offering accessible and affordable, client-centered nursing care that is empowering and pertinent to the patient's specific needs. For greater background on Whole Life Nursing, please see the excerpt from the "About" section of its website:
Whole Life Nursing (WLN) is a socially and energetically conscious company that seeks to promote individual power and autonomy for clients, as well as for the nursing profession at large. WLN promotes wellness from the place of understanding that illness and suffering are realities of our world that we can embrace for healing, and are, in fact, the most powerful catalysts we can have. From a standpoint of prevention, the focus of WLN is on the creation of optimal environments and assisting clients in determining intentions for their health.
Individual coaching sessions are confidential and backed by ethical nursing standards and practices. WLN does not diagnose or treat disease, but seeks to support clients in their healing journey. Integrative nurse coaching methods are structured by the nursing process, with artful delivery of appropriate interventions to awaken facets of human nature for exploration and healing.
WLN provides nursing services to community members in the Kansas City Metro region, and seeks to be the premier private professional nursing consultancy in this area. WLN has a commitment to the clients served. The position statement regarding care availability and accessibility is this: human caring and human relationship supersedes 3rd party payer interests. InsideRN posts and news feeds are clearly in support of universal healthcare, as this is a nursing ethical standard for equitable and just distribution of resources. WLN welcomes thoughtful discussion on such matters, and hopes this clarity assists prospective clients in making a determination in who they choose to offer their caring support.
