Kelvin Heck is one of the few land brokers in the United States with a background in production agriculture. Kelvin became a licensed Realtor in 1986 and expanded his love of the land to commercial real estate. Today he is known as the area’s top Kansas land expert on a wide range of land topics including water rights, property valuation and commodities pricing, as well as farm and ranch sales. Heck welcomed Brian Pine as a new licensed agent and relocated its offices to 123 W. 8th Street.
