Heartland Meat Market is a family-owned meat slaughter, processing and sales business. We custom process beef, pork, lamb and goat as well as deer for our customers. We also conduct retail sales of all our products out of the Meriden, Kansas plant and our affiliate location Heartland Meats in Holton and Lawrence. Some of our most popular products include our cured and smoked pork bacon and chops as well as our beef jerky and beef sticks in a variety of flavors in addition to great options for beef ribeyes and KC strips.
