Please join us on Tuesday, July 28th, 10 am - 12 pm, to celebrate where we've been and the future we are building together for children, youth, and families throughout Douglas County and northeast Kansas.
We are excited to invite you to our ribbon cutting for Elsie's Place, our family service center and site of 3 new crisis beds. We will be celebrating O'Connell's long-standing history of helping the young people and families of our community and highlighting how Mrs. Elsie O'Connell's legacy is thriving and growing.
You are invited to join us when you can though we plan on having the ribbon cutting ceremony and celebratory toast at 11 am.
Refreshments will be served. Maceli's is planning a fun menu, so make sure you come hungry! We will be giving tours of Elsie's Place and the ranch property; wear comfortable shoes, golf carts will be available for the ranch tours and shuttle parking. Tours will continue after the event as necessary.
