7th Annual Mario V. Chalmers Foundation Golf Tournament & VIP Mixer ? Miami HEAT Point Guard and former Kansas Jayhawk star, Mario Chalmers will host the 7th Annual Mario V. Chalmers Foundation Golf Tournament & VIP Mixer. ? Tee it up at the exclusive Members Only Course at Alvamar Golf Club in Lawrence, Kansas. ? Golfers will start their day with a warm welcome by the University of Kansas Marching Jayhawks, Spirit Squad and a catered lunch by Chipotle Mexican Grill. ? Win fabulous prizes by participating in the longest drive and closest to the pin contests. ? Immediately following the golf tournament, guests will be treated to a VIP Mixer and Awards Ceremony and fabulous live auction. ? The Mario V. Chalmers Foundation creates and supports community-based programs that encourage the positive development of youth through sports and education. ? A portion of the proceeds will benefit Boys & Girls Clubs of Lawrence?s new Teen Center. The new Teen Center will serve more than 250 teens on a daily basis ? five times as many middle school and high school students than the current Center.
