The Voter Education Coalition will host a forum for two Kansas House races and an informational meeting on the upcoming Douglas County sales tax ballot initiative.
Starting at 1:30 p.m., candidates from the Kansas House District 45 (Mike Amyx and Cynthia Smith) and Kansas House District 42 (Jim Karleskint and Thea Perry) will participate in a candidate forum.
Around 3:00 p.m., Bob Tryanski, the county's director of behavioral health services, will present information on the County's upcoming sales tax ballot initiative.
