We invite you to join us for the 24th annual Rock Chalk Ball, as we highlight the proud heritage of the Jayhawk. Our distinctive mascot takes its name from Kansas settlers who vowed to make their new home a Free State. Since 1912, when Henry Maloy drew the first image of our iconic bird, the Jayhawk’s indomitable spirit has united the KU family.
The Rock Chalk Ball will celebrate our beloved University of
Kansas and the tradition of Jayhawks helping Jayhawks.
