Please join us on Tuesday, August 15 at 11:30 a.m. to cut a ribbon and celebrate United Way of Douglas County's 20th year on Ridge Court!
Here's more about the United Way of Douglas County:
Our Mission is Simple: Address the human service needs of Douglas County by mobilizing community resources and building partnerships.
Our Goals are Big: Advance the common good by creating opportunities for a better life for all. To do so, we focus on ensuring everyone achieves education, has access to health care and gets the tools and support they need to achieve self sufficiency, because these are the foundation of a good quality of life. When children succeed in school, families move from crisis to financial stability, each citizen has access to mental and physical health care, our entire community benefits.
United Way is Seeing Greater Results: Through our collaborations with our many community partners for each Community Impact goal, we’re seeing innovative programs and initiatives develop and thrive that achieve greater results using a wide variety of resources.
