LAWYERS TITLE OF KANSAS, INC.
Hayden St. John began Lawyers Title of Topeka, Inc. in 1975 with his father, Harry St. John, Jr.
Hayden had two sons, who have continued the family business. Chris, joined the company in 1985 and his brother David followed in 1999. Lawyers Title expanded and acquired Wabaunsee County Abstract & Title Company, Alma, KS in 2010 and Premier Title, Inc., Lansing, KS in 2015. Lawyers Title also opened a new branch in Lawrence, KS in 2018. All the companies have been combined and re-named under one entity, Lawyers Title of Kansas, Inc.
