Lava Yoga is a full body workout and a mindful "work in" working cardio and strength along with the great benefit of sweat to detox the body. The warmth of the room allows muscles, tendons and ligaments to safely find deeper stretch and it all comes together with a mindful practice that connects the breath for a meditative flow. Our classes are designed so a beginner can step in and have success while a longtime yogi can find challenge as well.
