About Me
I am a Licensed Private Practice Therapist with over 20 years of practice, teaching and executive leadership experience. My private practice includes service programs for those working through depression, grief, loss, and trauma and organizations seeking leadership development and programs to improve relational health and wellness among their teams.
I also offer culturally competent services to First Responders and BIPOC communities.
My Practice Principles are to Live with Courage, Be Guided by Integrity, Choose To Trust, Demonstrate Loyalty, and Do It with Excellence.
