Jayhawk Chapter of SHRM February Meeting

Our topic this month is "Recruitment via Community Outreach" presented by Catholic Charities.
The Workforce Program is comprised of two different programs, The St. Rita Program and the Employment Services Program. The St. Rita Program is designed for individuals seeking to further their education to gain more meaningful employment that also provides a livable wage for their family. The Employment Services Program is designed for individuals unemployed or underemployed that are seeking a new career path that may also be more meaningful and aligns with a livable wage in companies that offer opportunities for growth to help individuals carve out an even brighter future in their employment journey.
