Eagle U: Leadership and Career Readiness Program
Eagle U is a 5-day leadership and career readiness program in Baldwin City for students ages 15 to 25. Eagle U has been around for 35 years, and for the last 5 years, we have hosted students on the campus of Baker University. This year’s program will be July 13-17th.
Throughout the week, students discover:
- how to get a job without a resume
- how to study less and get better grades
- how to ace every interview
- how be financially secure
- how to form mentor relationships
- how to communicate effectively
- how to dress professionally, and practice proper etiquette
- And more!
Who may be interested:
- Local businesses seeking leadership and workforce-readiness development for young employees (ages 15–25)
- Professionals who enjoy mentoring and would like to volunteer a few hours on Mentor Day
- Parents or educators with students who may benefit from Eagle U
