The Chamber's Annual Meeting
We will proudly recognize the recipients of The Chamber's prestigious Citizen of the Years and the ATHENA award, honor our outgoing board members, introduce new board members, and thank our passionate volunteers!
This year's event is the 100th anniversary of Annual Meetings! So, let's celebrate in style.
Suggested attire: Come dressed in your finest black and white formal.
Over 300 people have already reserved their spot! Have you?! There are multiple ways to attend:
♦ Sponsorships for the event are currently open and start at just $1500 with some including full reserved tables! Click here to view a screenshot of possible sponsorships from the 2026 Chamber Choices.
♦ Individual tickets now on sale! Individual tickets are $150 but register before January 12 and enjoy the early bird price of $125.
Event attendees will enjoy hosted beverages, dinner and desserts, live entertainment, and all the joy of connection and celebration.
New location for 2026
This year’s Annual Meeting will take place at the new University of Kansas Convention Center on Friday, January 30th. After selling out the past two years with over 375 attendees, we look forward to filling this new space for Lawrence and our community.
*The Chamber is finalizing covered, heated shuttle service for convenience of travel from the parking lot to front door of the event space!
New addition for 2026 – VIP Reception
Enjoy hosted bubbles, special photo opportunities, live music, and more from 5-6pm prior to the main event. Here’s how to attend the VIP reception:
♦ Are you an event sponsor? Great!
► Executive Sponsors and above will receive 4 complimentary VIP tickets.
► Corporate Sponsors will receive 2 complimentary VIP tickets.
♦ Not a sponsor? No worries! Individual ticket holders or additional VIP tickets can simply be added for $50 per person when making your initial event reservation OR by calling The Chamber at (785) 865-4411.
