Lawrence Emergency Medicine Associates (LEMA) is comprised of an exceptional group of doctors and mid-levels exclusively serving Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Lawrence Kansas . LEMA is an independent democratic group. LEMA was founded in 1994 to provide Emergency Medicine services with four physicians which has since expanded to include 13 American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM)-certified physicians and 4 advanced practice providers.
