As chief investment officer, James Walden strives to maximize the long-term, risk-adjusted portfolio returns for Clayton Wealth Partners' clients. This includes determining strategic and tactical asset allocations, as well as specific investment analysis and prudent rebalancing.
Jim is also a partner and management team member at the advisory firm. His expertise includes advanced investment research and valuation.
Jim holds a B.S. in Accounting from Indiana University, an MBA from the Johnson School at Cornell University, and a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation. He has always enjoyed working with numbers and thinking strategically, so pursuing an investing career was natural for him.
