Our Full-Time Retail Sales Consultants earn between $14.04 - $18.33 + $13,700 in commissions when sales goals are met. With our uncapped commission opportunities, overachieving those goals earn top sellers $62,460 per year. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. This is NOT a commission only position. Training will be provided.
