DESCRIPTION:Adecco realizes young people are the hardest hit by the serious shortage of jobs. Youth unemployment figures worldwide for those 15-24 years of age\, are dramatic.    \n\nWe believe that young people seeking opportunities and their first job experiences deserve some special care and attention. We need to better equip young people in our community with the right hard and soft skills that today's businesses are demanding. On April 30th we plan to offer free guidance and training. \n\nAdecco wants to help young workers fulfill their full potential and pursue their professional dreams.Our goal is to encourage\, inspire\, and create optimism by leading the Way to Work for youth who may not be ready to go to college right away\, or who would like to obtain employment straight out of high school. We plan to help youngsters in our community with their search for jobs\, give career advice and training\, and show them how to best sell themselves in a tough labor market. \n\nWe are opening our doors and our hearts to share our expertise and resources\, and we would love for you to join us in this mission by sharing our services and event information with your friends\, family\, associates\, and colleagues. Please help us spread the word of our Street Day activities!
