DESCRIPTION:Join us\, O'Connell Children's Shelter\, for a Groundbreaking Event to kick off our Capital Campaign\, Hope Grows Here.\n\n\nThe Hope Grows Here Campaign will allow us to complete much needed upgrades to our residential facilities and create Elsie's Place our family service center where at-risk youth and families can work with our professional staff and an intake space to help youth and families with immediate needs. Elsie's Place will also feature three specialized beds to serve as an emergency placement option for youth in crisis. We'd be honored to have you there to celebrate the beginning of this new chapter.
