DESCRIPTION:Faces of Change is part of our 2017 Seminar Series: Changes & Challenges\, sponsored by Express Employment Professionals.\n\n\n\nFaces of Change identifies the four generations of workers who are side-by-side in the workplace for the first time in history. This program will help you manage and work with Traditionalists\, Baby Boomers\, Generation Xers\, and Millennials.\n\n\n\nDuring the presentation\, you'll learn how to:\n\n	Identify characteristics of the four generations in the workforce\n	Discuss each generation's unique contributions and areas for growth\n	Diagnose workplace issues from a generational perspective\n	Identify potential generational conflicts and help prevent them\n	Use motivation and retention tips specific to different generations\n\nFaces of Change will be led by Art Atkinson\, the Vice President of Express University\, where he oversees various learning programs including sales\, service\, and leadership\, as well as the online learning and certification programs. He began his career with Express Employment Professionals in 1983 and has since trained more than 6\,000 new franchisees and staff members\, as well as taught more than 3\,000 small-business training seminars. In addition to his many skills\, Atkinson holds a bachelor's degree from Oklahoma State University\, is a Certified Staffing Professional\, and a member of the American Staffing Association.
