DESCRIPTION:The Chamber hosts quarterly New Member Receptions in conjunction with our regularly scheduled Envoys meetings.\n\n\n\nThis is an opportunity for new Chamber members to introduce themselves and their business and to meet fellow Chamber members\, board and staff.\n\n\nOur Envoy committee represents The Chamber in the community and members attend ribbon cuttings\, business after hours\, and other Chamber events! This group welcomes new Chamber members and serves as ambassadors for our organization to the business community and the Lawrence community as a whole. Envoys support local businesses and non-profits and encourage others to do the same. \n\nAny employee of a Chamber member business can join the Envoy Committee! It's a free benefit to members\, with the option to purchase an Envoy name tag for $10.\n\nEnvoys meet the first Wednesday of most every month at 4pm.\n\nAlready a Chamber member and want to join Envoys? Let Events Coordinator Jared Martin know you want to be added to the email list. It's that simple!
