Recent surveys indicate up to 80 percent of your employees are open to the opportunity of job change and 50 percent have already mentally checked out or are actively looking. We are also looking at the greatest transformation in the U.S. workforce in our lifetime. This session will raise each leader's effectiveness to the benefits and tools of retention\, as well as implementing foolproof hiring techniques to maximize your investment.\n\n\n\nAttracting and Retaining will be led by Monte Farrar\, the manager of human resource training for Express Employment Professionals\, where he enjoys helping franchise owners and their clients solve problems. Prior to joining Express in 2006\, Farrar gained leadership and consulting experience in numerous industries and companies including Gulfstream Aerospace Technologies\, the Hertz Corporation\, Bank One Corporation\, and American Eletric Power. Farrar is a graduate of Oklahoma Christian University\, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a MBA with an emphasis in Organizational Development
