African Dance & Yoga with Drums is a fusion of traditional dances from different cultural regions in Uganda. It's accompanied with traditional instruments such as drum and whistle. This class will invigorate and inspire you to connect and contribute in a powerful new way! ALL AGES AND EXPERIENCE LEVELS WELCOME\n\n\n\nClass is followed by a viewing of a short film about Africa Yoga Project and an opportunity to listen to Scott and Kennedy share their stories about their journey into yoga.
