DESCRIPTION:One in eight women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lives\, and it's the second leading cause of cancer deaths among women in Douglas County. Early and thorough diagnosis along with a full complement of treatment options\, will help save the lives of the wives\, mothers\, sisters and friends in our community.\nThe 2018 Hearts of Gold Gala is an opportunity for you to make a meaningful impact on women's breast health in this community\, both now and in the future. Your contribution will help fund a new\, state-of-the-art women's center\, bringing advanced breast health technology and expertise to Lawrence.\n\n\n\nThe 2018 Hearts of Gold gala promises to be a signature event in our community. From the elegant venue The Jayhawk Club to upscale dinner service and cocktail reception\, we're creating an evening you won't want to miss. The evening will also include a dynamic live auction with one-of-a-kind experiences. Invitations will be mailed in early 2018. Individual tickets for the event are limited. To secure your reservation\, contact Tiffany Hall\, Annual Giving Manager at LMH Endowment Association.\n\n\n\nWith a limited number of individual tickets available for this year's gala\, hosting a table for the event is a wonderful way to enjoy the evening with colleagues\, family or friends while receiving recognition for your generosity.
