Job Description
Role: This position provides administrative support to the Executive Assistant on a part-time basis, between 15 and 20 hours per week.

Duties and Responsibilities
-Greet all visitors to The Chamber and KU Small Development Center, handle distribution of mail as well as preparing and delivering outgoing mail to the post office. Answer phones and direct calls as needed. Maintain a high level of customer service.
-Support Events by assisting as needed with items required for events, like name tags, help at the event, etc.
-Order office supplies as needed.
-Data entry as directed by the Executive Assistant.
-Other duties as assigned by the Executive Assistant.
Required Competencies and Qualifications
-Exceptional ability to manage time and handle multiple tasks and priorities.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, superior telephone manner, maintains a professional and composed manner when interacting with members and office visitors.
-Flexible and adaptive in response to changing team needs.
-Strong ability to manage databases and related software.
-Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite, email, and the Internet.
-Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
